Member DXCC Standings
A very popular ham radio activity is attempting to contact distant and rare DX entities in a test of station and operator skills.
Cray Valley Radio Society publishes a table of DXCC standings in each month’s edition of the members’ newsletter QUA, which shows how many different DX entities (countries and territories) have been worked by club members this calendar year so far.
Club members who keep an electronic log can use the log submission tool below to easily submit a record of their on-air activity to QUA’s editor so that the DXCC standings table can be updated each month. The standings table in QUA includes QSOs from the start of the year, so by default the date range (below) is set to extract all activity found in the submitted log this calendar year. You can use this tool regularly to keep the editor updated on your DXCC progress. You can simply submit your whole log every month.
The following awards are up for grabs based on contacts made during the whole year:
- The Fred Curtis G3SVK Transmitting Shield – for the best 9-band HF table score
- The G3VLX 40m Cup – for the most DXCC countries worked on 40m
- The CVRS Receiving Shield – for the best 9-band HF table score of DXCC countries heard
- Certificate of Merit – for the member who contacts the most DXCC countries
- Certificate of Merit – for the best DXCC country total using 100w
- Certificate of Merit – for the best DXCC country total using 25w
- Certificate of Merit – for the best DXCC country total using QRP (5w or less).
Note: for the Cray Valley Award, please use the log checking tool on this page instead.
